CROSS TRAINING CLASSES/includes no bar classes!

Cross Training: Utilizing free weights, suspended ropes, body weight, rowing machines, running, weighted sleds and much more, Cross Training is in essence “functional fitness”. Strengthening every part of the body is key. No Bar-Utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells, bands and your body weight to move.
