FLOW OF EVENT AND GENERAL NOTES
• The workout will begin with all athletes standing in their working area. At go, one athlete will begin working. The other two athletes will rest.
• Athletes may switch in and out whenever they desire.
• There is no minimum work requirement. The reps are shared between the three athletes in any manner.
• Athletes are responsible for adding the appropriate weight during the workout. The weight may be added during the burpee portions of the workout if desired.
• All the normal standards for each movement will be enforced.
• A squat clean will be counted as a rep for the first front squat and a squat snatch will be counted as a rep for the first overhead squat.
• Barbells must be controlled to the shoulder before dropping, otherwise the last rep completed will be called a no rep.
• Chest and hips must touch the ground at the bottom of the burpee.
• Rx and masters athletes must jump off of two feet simultaneously when jumping over the bar. Scaled athletes may step over the bar.
• The score for this workout is total number of burpees completed in all three rounds.
• The order of the movements is different based on division.
