Partner 1 1000m row

Partner 2 + 3 800m weighted run 

30 alternating shoulder to overhead

*2 scored event. Slowest row from the 3 partners and total time it takes to complete the workout

*each partner will have 1 time to row to get a time for 1 score (slowest row from the 3 partners is the score)

*during the run 1 partner will run with weight while the other does not have a weight. Switch however and whenever you want. The third partner is rowing during this time. If the weight does not return with the 2 partners running, they will have to do the run again to retrieve the weight

*the alternating shoulder to overhead is 2 partners work and 1 rest. Switch whenever you want to. A rep will count when 1 partner has the bar overhead, the other partner can then lift the bar for the first rep. You must alternate shoulder to overhead and you cannot start your rep until the other partner is holding the bar overhead with arms locked out. The bars must be controlled to the shoulders before you drop for the last rep to count or it will be a no rep (more for safety reasons). If there is a no rep or switching partners, both bars must return to the ground before you start again. 

*cannot start the next round of running or rowing until the shoulder to overhead is complete.
