*For scaled and masters this year, you do not need to have pull-ups or muscle ups. That portion of the workout is at the end for a reason. If you get to it and want to attempt them or you are close, maybe the competition setting will help you get your first one! If you cannot that’s ok you will have a tie break time leading up to that portion of the workout to be scored against other teams that do not have that movement.


*only 1 partner working at a time during this workout. Partner 1 will complete their portion of the workout and then tag partner 2 who will complete their portion and then tag partner 3. The workout has to go in this order, you cannot mix and match parts. You will have 2 DBs that you will lunge with and they have to stay by your side. Your arms have to be straight the whole time in the lunge and you cannot rest them on your legs or body during the lunge portion. The only standard for the lunge portion is your knee has to hit the ground. No standards on hip extension but you cannot shuffle your feet in between steps. If you get a no rep you have to put the DBs down and complete a burpee before grabbing the DBs again.

Static hold on rings or bar
You must be hanging from the rings or bar before the judge will start their watch for the one minute hold. Anytime you come down they will stop the watch until you accumulate 1 minute.
